Full Council Meetings
Full meetings of the Council are held every two months (on the 2nd Thursday in the month), except August at such premises that the Council may direct. (Usually held at The Seeds of Hope, Overgreen Drive, Kingshurst, B37 6EY).
In an election year, the Annual Meeting shall be held on a Thursday within 14 days following the day on which the new Councillors elected take office.
In a year which is not an election year the Annual Meeting shall be held on the second Thursday of May, unless otherwise stated.
If no other time is fixed, all full meetings of the council shall take place at 6pm.

Standing Committee Meetings
Annual Parish Meeting
The Chairman of the council, any two councillors or any six electors can call the Annual Parish Meeting.
The Chairman, if present, will chair the meeting.
It is usual to hold the Annual General Meeting and the Annual Parish Council meeting at different times, to avoid confusion.

Councillors are encouraged to submit topics, motions at least one week prior to the meetings to the clerk or the chairman.
